This system is further enhanced with an air cushion that compensates for any material undulations, ensuring uniform cleaning even on uneven surfaces. DieTronic’s controlled oiling technology offers the possibility of applying lubricant with extreme precision, only in selected areas, with variable intensities and a minimum precision of 50 x 50 mm. This is made possible by the innovative DieTronic Modular Manifold Technology, which uses high-frequency adjustable HFV spray valves and flow control systems for each nozzle, ensuring a uniform, consistent, and repeatable application of lubricant.
